How to use this tool

Helpful notes
Passport rules go beyond aspect ratio
This tool can crop to a passport-style 35×45 mm ratio, but official requirements may also cover background, head size, expression and image quality. Check the issuing authority’s rules.
Crop before compressing
If you also have a strict file-size limit, crop first and then use Image Compressor. This avoids spending bytes on parts of the image you do not need.
