GitHub Issues

Include the tool name, browser and device type, input format, and the exact error message when possible. Do not post private files or sensitive information in a public issue.

Privacy questions

You can use the same channel for questions about data handling. Do not attach identity numbers, passwords, private documents or other sensitive personal data.

Quick troubleshooting

Refresh the page and try another modern browser. Password-protected or damaged PDFs, unusual HEIC files and uncommon codecs may have browser-processing limitations.
