What TOOLKIT is

TOOLKIT is a collection of browser-based utilities designed to shorten simple file workflows: find the task, choose the file, create the result, and save it. It is built for jobs that should not require installing a full desktop application.

Operating principles

We keep interfaces simple, process supported files in the browser when practical, show important settings such as file size and page ranges clearly, and prefer clear errors over silently producing questionable output.

Current tools

TOOLKIT includes image compression, resizing, format conversion, cropping and EXIF removal; PDF merge, split, rotation and image conversion; spreadsheet and document conversion; video conversion, GIF and audio extraction; QR and Code 128 generation; and text utilities.

Testing and limitations

We test common browser inputs and responsive layouts, but no browser tool can guarantee every corrupted file, unusual codec, memory limit or third-party library condition. Open important output files and verify their content and required specifications before submitting them.
