JPG, PNG or WEBP?
JPG is a safe choice for photos and broad compatibility. PNG supports transparency and sharp graphics. WEBP often provides a good balance of image quality and file size.
Transparency matters
JPG does not support transparency. Transparent areas from a PNG are filled with white when exported to JPG.
