Helpful notes
No audio track means no output
A silent video or a file with an unsupported audio codec may not produce an audio file.
Higher bitrate means larger files
192 kbps is a practical default for many uses. 320 kbps creates a larger file and cannot restore quality that is missing from the original audio.
