Create a QR Code

Generate a static QR code from a URL or text and download it as a PNG image at 256, 512 or 1024 pixels.

🔒 Selected files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to TOOLKIT servers.
Up to 2,000 characters · actual QR capacity is checked in UTF-8 bytes
256–512 px works well for screen sharing; 1024 px is a practical choice for printing.

How to use this tool

  1. Enter the URL or text you want to encode.
  2. Choose the QR image size.
  3. Generate the QR code, scan it once to verify the content, and save the PNG.

Helpful notes

Static QR codes do not expire by themselves

The content is encoded directly into the QR code. A URL can still stop working later if the destination website changes.

Test before printing

Scan the final QR code with at least one phone before publishing or printing it, especially when the code contains a long URL.
